This year’s Homeschool Family Expo was a great success!. We had almost 50 vendors and well over 500 people come through the hallways. The kids enjoyed the bounce house, the soccer obstacle course and the many fun things the vendors had for them. Of course, we had the Star Wars Folks wandering through and giving quick light saber lessons. We also had fencing instructions with hands on experiences of the many types of swords.
The children also had a chance to try various instruments at the music booth. And with several colleges availabe, the Moms of teens had a great chance to ask all their questions and meet the new homeschool counselor for Lone Star, Dolly!
Next year we will be at Klien UMC on April 20! So mark your calendar now.
We also plan on having a South Homeschool Family Expo. More information on date and place in May.
